For anyone willing to kick a dragon there is a few things they should know. First leaving the mouth un chained means they have a chance to bite and use there breath powers. Second is that the tail is just as dangerous as the mouth so standing near it is a very bad idea. They should also know that a dragon is a predator and anger is something that boils rather quickly in them. Than again it would have made little difference as it is literally in her blood to get captured and escape anyways back to the present.

Aqua instantly awoke with the first instinct to flee. She was quick to realize that fling and running was impossible so she looked at the man as she debated on biting his arm. She started a low growl as he accused her of his misfortune. Ok she was mostly the cause but that was her job not that a pirate would understand. As he finished she almost laughed knowing that both endings could be worse. And that he thought a simple dagger could harm her. 

He should be glad that he was not seen as a threat as she had got her mom's unfortunate mutation that would make her attack without thought if she felt threatened. "Really? A blade will do no harm and a flame would do even less." She than placed her tail between him and her as a less deadly protection than her teath. "I must say prison is much better than the 9 circles and that is better than having Silvertail after you." She hissed in a deeper voice than she usually used. Any pirate that has been in the wrong side of Silvertail could and would tell you it's true and harming what everyone thought was her pet would be worse than a death sentence.

He would wiggle his hands with almost a cocky smile spreading across his face "Dont say I have to use it now" Jacob mumbled to himself watching the dragon fly over the top before being shoved by the leader of the guard "Move it worm, before I impale you" with a sigh a hole seemed to appear in the air as the boy reached up drawing a gold blade from it, its metal seemed to reflect even the faintest light from the moon as he spun catching the spear leaving embers to fall to the ground as the weapon seemed to sizzle in the air "Dragonsbane, not a catchy name but it's my familys sword afterall" lobbing the leaders neck cutting through his armour with ease causing  his group to sprint away in fear yelling about demons and lizards in a foregin tounge.

It took a few minutes to gather all supplies that had been rudely torn through by the ex-victorious guards before taking off into the bamboo forest cutting a path using Dragonsbane until reaching his required location of the large sleeping dragon, "its almost a shame, but a man's gotta eat" as he commenced the tedious task of wrapping chains around her wings and shackles slapped onto her legs, before even making a camp so he could wait until the beast woke up before simply deciding to prod a foot into its stomach "You know Dragon's are rare right? and it's not often you see the same species in a pirates haven and flying overhead" drawing a dagger he spoke with a snarl "I could have died there? or even worse imprisoned!"

Nothing happened in the haven of pirates without Silvertail knowing and as soon as she heard of a pirate heading to a city that did not tolerate it she was quick to act. Aqua was given the message and told to deliver it. Aqua had got to supposed location ahead of time and gave the local law the message. She had been in the form of a white hawk when they took the message out of the pack on her back as she had repeated parts of the constitution that had went on when Silvertail got the information. "The pirate had taken a smaller vescle. He mostly packed spice and things like it but that was mostly to hide the smell of the illogical things.' 'What do you know about him.' 'Well he has not left town in a while and usually drinks at the more popular bars on the pears. I do believe he is called Captain Jacob or something like that.' 'Would you say he is trouble?' 'Not more than most guards can handle I mean you have seen him at the moonlight bar last week." She said as they read the note and gave her a message to send back. 

Normally she would have delivered the message but had instructions to make sure they could handle him. So she left to the aria that he was to land and got on the roof where she switched to her true form and watched. At first it looked like he had the advantage but than it quickly turned to look like the pirate would fail so she spread her wings and took to the sky with a very powerful leap. She flew just over the men and into the forest. She landed and found a nice patch of bamboo to rest in. The white dragon with a black main quickly curled up in her makeshift nest and fell asleep.

Jacob was a pirate through and through, and when he first started at the contract in front of him requesting a variety of spices and illegal goods to be snuck into the most oriental city in the realm he couldn't agree quicker, you see when you've been in a pirate's haven for almost a month you start to learn people's name, the best places to drink and where to get the best supplies. In other words 'boring' too safe for a man like Jacob, so here he was aboard a small ship he rented with half of his money allowing him to easily sail under the detection of the few ships that were out during the night allowing him safe passage to the shore.

As he was unloading the supplies into the cart he heard a rustle from the bushes nearby causing the pirate to raise the tip of his long elegant Rapier at the direction of the noise before hearing the shouts of heavily clad Samurai's and lesser guardmen to flow out and shouting "Stand down smuggler scum, or in the honour of the house we shall cut you down" which in turn caused Jacob to awkwardly rub the back of his neck and laugh "Isnt that a shame, looks like I was backstabbed and had my location shared" he dropped the weapon raising his hands before glowing faintly before disappearing from sight. now if the guards were paying attention they would have seen the footprints on the sand or the sound of a dagger being slowly drawn across their necks, of course, his escape was cut short when he felt a hilt from a katana slam into chest smashing his illusion and looking up at the tall juggernaut "Isn't that a shame?"
