Harrison had some luck with recruiting those to travel with him in Arri, while there were plenty of women who wanted them few men really wanted to actually stay. It was quite the beautiful city considering the roads were literally paved with silver and gold. To steal the road was almost akin to harming a child with the city walls and Harrison was in no mood to have to go to jail this day. The Jolly Roger had docked off the coast and the dashing Captain went ashore with one of his crew mates. The man he traveled with today was Avery Rosario, his navigator and sometimes voice of reason. The two rogues made landfall and moved into the city by late in the morning. Avery was from this city and he didn't look all that pleased to be returning to it. Avery had joined Harrison' crew the same time that Wyatt had joined, Wyatt was also from the same city. While not related both men had left their homes to live in a world that would appreciate their talents more than the women of the Arri seemed to. What Avery lost in his charm and personality he seemed to make up for it in intelligence and some of his own good looks.

They entered the city and began to walk around the Bazaar, a situation that seemed to make Avery more uncomfortable. As they made their way through the stands, Avery grew more annoyed with every grab at his body by the women of the city. Harrison smirked a little as he seemed to enjoy the attention, but it wasn't long before they were able to find a small place that was selling food that the pair of men could sit down and actually talk things over.

What's the matter, Avery? You look upset.” Harrison gave him a rather wide grin as he looked over at the man he called friend.

Avery gave him a poisonous look before he pulled out the map of Revaliir that he had brought with them and he spread it out on the table. “We've been lucky so far with our travels so far, with a small of a crew we have that is. If we continue down the coast of Canelux we should be able to swing around the the Moritius Swamp and reach the Kingdom of Adeluna within the month. That is provided we don't run into an squalls or rough weather. But considering the time of year and how close we are to shore we should be able to avoid anything that would be considerably dangerous.” The blond haired man pointed out the route that they would take on the map, tracing out the route on the map.

What about this cluster of islands to the West of the Vilpamolan Coast?” Harrison asked as he traced that cluster with his finger.

We can easily avoid those, but there's really nothing there. Maybe some wildlife but nothing significant. I honestly haven' heard any rumors of buried treasure there, since I know how much you love to try and find treasure.” The navigator said dryly towards the end of speaking. It was then a woman approached the table and placed her arms around Avery's shoulders, she nibbled briefly at his ear.

You look tense there, handsome, let me help you with that.” She whispered hotly into his ear, it was then Avery was looking at Harrison with piercing eyes as he was then dragged off by this woman. After all, if he did anything to fight back he might hurt her and he would certainly get in trouble with the law. It would be horribly inconvenient of him to be needed to be bailed out of the dungeons.

You have your work cut out for you!” Harrison shouted after the pair and returned his eyes to the map in front of him. How very interesting his journey had been so far.

A soft, shorter woman had weaved her way through a few crowds while being extremely cautious at not making any physical contact with those that walked about.

Any of the women, young and old, we're clad in fine jewelry and beautiful silky clothes of vibrant colors. Heavy perfumes left a wake in the clinging humid air as they paid little attention to anything. Standing out like a sore thumb strode the ligjt-footed curvaceous creature which turned heads, but not from beauty.

Many made motions of scrubbing their noses up in distaste of her outfit, but Helanaii did not mind, and rarely took notice. She traveled and did what she pleased, when she pleased.

The scent of wafting food hit her nostrils and like a moth to loght, Helan was drawn in to the slightly secluded area. There was still a crowd, but not as heavy as the one on the street.

She quietly stepped behind a quickly moving line and rested her palm on her chin, outlining her soft bottom lip with her index and middle finger while waiting. Not much longer and she was handed something that smelled delightful, until it was placed in her hands. Green grassy things with vegetables Cabobbed on a bamboo stick. With a slightly agitated sigh, she had wasted a pretty penny on such, Helan walked past a large potted plant and stuck the "food" in the dirt.

She was about to find a different stand but decided to people watch for a moment when she noticed an unsuspecting man was suddenly attacked by a prostite. Of course he was dragged off, but would probably come back with a nasty hole in his pocket. Those women didn't just afford nice things by standing there and looking pretty.

Helan saw the map that one was holding; most likely another scummy sailer. Nothing too wonderful was on her list of things to do, so she decided to allow curiosity to win over.

Silently she approached from behind the man that was deep into the map. Helan slid around the table and slyly slipped into the chair across from him. He appeared to be quite young for a traveler, even more interesting.

Leaning forwards, she entwined her hands and propped her espresso draped head upon her clasped hands with a soft smile.

"So what do you have there?"

Harrison traced his finger along the coast of Canelux as though it were the curves of a woman. He knew there was a much more detailed map in the navigation room on his ship but it was nice to imagine what each step of their journey would be like. If he hadn't found Avery then Harrison was sure that he wouldn't have made it this far. The man was shrewd about their routes, choosing the quickest route over the most scenic which Harrison preferred. However given their current finances the shrewd way was most certainly the best way for now. It was then some movement caught Harrison's eyes as he looked over the map. “I expected you to last longer tha-” His words stopped when a woman's voice interrupted his words, his blue eyes looked up from the map as he looked at the femme who had taken a seat across from him. He removed his hooked hand from the table as was customary for him to do when first meeting a fine lady. He looked over her dark brown hair and hazel eyes and gave her a rather wide grin.

It is a map of the known world.” Harrison explained with a bright smile on his face. “Before my navigator was so quickly dragged off, we were discussing the route we would take to Adeluna from here. Much to Avery's dismay we've stopped here to pick up supplies and regroup before returning to the sea once more.” The dashing rogue paused for the moment as he looked over the map once more and traced a finger down from Arri and to the Wilphmolan Coast, then around to the Kingdom of Adeluna. “That is our intended route, hopefully we'll have a strong breeze and no storms that will no doubt impede our progress.” The dashing rogue scratched at his scruffy chin briefly.

But to add a little more detail, I am Captain Harrison Jones, the man who was dragged off is Avery Rosario, my navigator.” The rogue gave her a smile and wink as he looked at her for the moment, just examining her. “Now it's my turn to ask you a question. Your clothing isn't like the other women that are here, not a bad thing but it does make you stand out a little bit. The way you carry yourself is a bit different as well, and considering you have tried to drag me off to somewhere more private combined with your appearance I assume that you're not from around here.”

The rogue looked at her a little more closely, “So tell me, who are you and what brings you here?” It would make sense for a woman to come here, after all she would have her choice of any man who would want her. Not to mention the most important thing being that she would be treated how men outside of here were treated. Here men were beneath women and it was always interesting to hear why women would choose to come here, it was just as interesting as hearing the reasons why men would leave.

Helanaii pushed herself forwards in her seat until she was leaning over the map, folding her arms beneath her chest for support so she would have a much better view to follow where his finger lead.

She smiled at him politely while he want into an elaborate introduction and listened intently.

"Hmmm, looks like quite the trip you have there, Captain~" She put emphasis on the title and rolled it around in her mouth before allowing it to flow smoothly like honey.
"I'm familiar partially with your route, but I guess I've never put a name to the places I've traveled. It is a pleasure to meet you, and I am deeply sorry for your navigator. He certainly did not look very pleased."

With a little sigh she replaced herself in her seat, scratched behind her ear, and attempted to come up with some elaborate lie.

"Welllllll, my name is certainly nothing special with any fancy title. My clothing is indeed worthless; maybe I'm just a nosy nobody who likes to travel?"

She shrugged and flipped a patch of long curls that had been slightly masking her face before she returned to the man's gaze.

"But, I could be somebody important too, or someone useful. Maybe even someone looking for a little break from life? Perhaps, I'm looking for adventure.."

Her pupils constricted while she rang out her last sentence. Helan shifted her weight to her left hip to fold her leg over her knee, and delicately replaced her head on the palm of her hand while tilting her head back at Harrison. A slight smile playfully pulled at her lips.

"But I suppose I have nothing to fear from you; my name is Helanaii."

Harrison watched her, a small smile playing on his lips as he listened to her. His eyes watched her as she adjusted herself in her seat and scratched behind her ear. Her eyes shifted briefly in the direction that he could easily read that she was about to lie about something. This wonderful woman then flipped her hair hair back so that he could fully see her face. Her eyes did a weird thing but then she shifted in her seat once more and his blue eyes watched her, quietly wondering what kind of game she was playing. It was then she finally introduced herself, her name was Helanaii. The rogue smiled brightly at her when she finally gave her name, “Pleasure to meet you, Helanaii.”

He paused briefly considering all the things she had said. “I never said your clothes were worthless, you know, just that they were different than the women here. Depending on where you go will change what is considered in style, but I'm sure you knew that. My clothes are very different than how the men here dress, it doesn't make my clothing worthless, just different.” Harrison examined his map once more before folding it up and tucking it away in his long leather coat that was hanging on the back of his chair. He had initially worn it but had taken it off when he had gotten too warm.

As for my navigator, he was less than thrilled to return to his home city. He had left here a few years before I had picked him up for my crew, he didn't like the way the women treated him. So he left. However, he's quite the haggler, considering the voyage that we have ahead of us we need lots of goods for the trip for as little coin as we can. The women are drawn to him, much to his chagrin.” The Captain sat back in his chair as he examined her for a moment. It was then movement caught his attention from where Avery had disappeared to. The navigator had returned, clothing disheveled, his neck and face had scattered lipstick stains. He was rubbing at his face looking rather irritated as he looked at the table and had seen his original seat had been taken. The blond haired man took a seat to his Captain's right, glanced over to Helanaii and then back to Harrison.

Who's she?” Avery said curtly, jabbing his thumb in the coffee haired woman's direction.

Avery, this is Helanaii. She said she's looking for adventure, maybe.” Harrison explained easily, a smile on his face. The other rogue didn't seem all that thrilled at the idea of her being on the ship. “She's not from around here, don't get your knickers in a bunch.” Avery didn't seem to be anymore inclined to relax, but he didn't express anything else for the moment. The dark haired rogue looked back to Helanaii. “My ship is anchored off the coast, we have plenty of room aboard the ship if you would like to tag along with us for the journey. But if you would like you're more than welcome to stay in my quarters” It was then the handsome blue eyed man gave her a wink and a devilishly handsome smile. Avery simple rolled his eyes. “Map.”

Right.” With that Harrison handed him the folded up piece of parchment and Avery looked less than thrilled at the state that Harrison had left the map in but held his tongue for the moment.

Helan heard the sound of footsteps approaching from behind her, quickly assuming that the Captain's partner in crim had finally arrived. She nodded a greeting at him curtly then relaxed back in her seat while the conversation persued.

After taking in the appearance of the damaged pride Avery now seemed to carry, Helan returned her gaze back to the Captain. She found nothing of interest in him from what she was gathering, he offered only the promise of an adventure and escape of an easy life.

"I'll certainly have to take you up on that offer." Her emotions lacked any flirtatious meanings, differing from what the intentions if any other young women may be laced with.

"So then, what are you two lads doing here if you have such a journey to embark on?"

She was straight to the point with her speech, deciding that she would give them company, possibly assistance, through their passage. Perhaps if needed and trust is won, they would even find themselves a smidge of protection if the opportunity made itself present. Hopefully it would not be
