The Clock. The Clock. The Clock.

That's all she heard. As she went to the start of Kirkika Maze, that's what'd the people think. Why? The clock was beautiful, and she couldn't wait to see it. Emmy ventured into the maze, and went into a jog. She ran for hours, excited to see the oasis before her. Grinning, she hopped on the stone path in the water. The beauty that surrounded her was worth it, and Emmy couldn't be happier. She sat under a tropical tree, and ate an apple from her bag. Tossing the core aside, she began to wonder where she'd go next. Adeluna City? She was a free spirit, and she would never stay in once place for too long. 

Once she heard the clock's magic sound, she smiled, and marveled over the sight. She loved it in this maze, nothing to hurt her, no one she can hear. She didn't like listening to the thoughts of others. Some were dark, and mysterious. Emmy hated those thoughts, they would taint her own, and she refused to succumb to them.

As she sat under the trees for another hour, she decided it was time to go back. She didn't want too, she hoped she wouldn't hear any thoughts again. Sighing, she stood up and started to walk back out of the maze. Unaware of another presence that had followed her from the oasis.
