Winds danced across the surface of Kirika lake, and tossed red-gold curls and long dark locks alike. Drae carried a picnic basket and walked alongside Angela and Wisteria. It had been a while since he had spent any sort of time with his family, and he felt he definitely needed to make that up to Angela. He had known that there was little he could have done to help her with what had happened to Dalanesca. So what had he done? He had gone and set about doing what he had been told to do. Research, and find out solutions. Whether or not what the Keeper had found was or had been of use remained to be seen. But word had gotten back to him that someone was saying that he wasn't taking care of his family. It stung and he had half a mind to curse the individual who had said such a thing, but at the same time, he needed to make it clear that was not the case. 

Now a picnic might not had been a cure all, but Drae figured it was a good start. He looked at Angela who carried their youngest child. He could only imagine the trouble their second youngest was getting into, but he chuckled. It was Rohan's responsibility to handle her for the day. Myrra liked being around Rohan and Hazel. 

"Today is a nice day, Love," he smiled. He reached out to put an arm around Angela as they walked.
