This was one of the worlds she was the most use of. She could still look back fondly on her time here as a child, running wild in the forest around her. It was not long before youth had been stripped from her when the voice decided she would be the next in line to take up the duty of strange world of love and strength. She still came to visit the Mother, but it had fallen down to only being for her duties as a Goddess. Today was no different. There were dreaded topics on her mind, however it did not stop her from having a small skip to her step with glee. She could not help herself at all at being back in a place she felt at home in.

"I wonder if she will be excited to me." Her signature grin appealed across her lips at the words. Rhea could not wait to see what would come from this even if it was a topic she did not really understand. Her dress danced around her in the breeze but it had far more layers of shades of pinks compared to what she normally wore. The corset that wrapped around her thin frame was embroiled with soft images of flowers and no sleeves to show off her smooth skin. She had let her curls remain lose and wild down her back in their soft sun-lightened brown.

Rhea knew some of the easiest way through the thick forest to where the largest mirror rested in Revaliir. She reached it in no time flat as she let herself pause to just enjoy its beauty. Her fingers softly trailed along the cold water before she let herself plunge through the mirror and begin her journey into the realm of the Mother. Now was the part that normally brought annoyance towards Rhea. When would Angela let her pass from the sand flats to the fields.

"Please Auntie, no jokes today."

Her niece Rhea was one of the very important people in Angela's life. She was one of the few people Angela let talk sense into her if she needed. Though sometimes she wondered if the young siren was capable of understanding what the Goddess went through  being a Triune. Normally she would play around with the girl and send her for a loop but today the girl seemed down.

Instead of sending her to the field Angela decided to drop her into Angela's private study. She was sitting on a chair writing stuff at her desk. Rhea would land in a pile of pillows just behind her. The landing was softly. Looking over her shoulder and through her long red curls she gave her a smile. “Hello Dear. It has been a long time since you last visited me.” She continued to jot down things in a book.

“I missed you greatly.” She put the quill away and stood up. Coming over to Rhea she pulled her into a hug. “What troubles you. You did not want to play games with me so something must be troubling that mind of yours.” She stroked Rhea's brown curls as she gave her a smile.

The relief overtook Rhea when her aunt's voice echoed out around her. Normally, she loved playing the strange torturing games. It was always brought a small feeling of annoyance when she traveled for days through the desert just because Angela was feeling evil. There was a lot to the woman that she referred to aunt. The woman was not actually her aunt by blood, but she grown up around this woman because she had always been a close friend of her parents. The beautiful woman had protected her when her parents were gone growing up.

When the world finally took shape around her, she could feel her grin grow as she took notice to where the voice came from. Her aunt was writing away at her desk. It was a view that she had seen many times in her youth. Her smile turned into a ghost when Angela pulled her into a hug. It was not the hug that bothered her but the words that she spoke. It had been awhile since she visited her aunt. Everything around her was altering and changing. The strange change from these portals had brought a small fear to her heart.

"Forgive me auntie." With that, the Goddess returned the hug. "I know it has been long. I took what you spoke of before about this other place badly. I know that. It was a lot to take in. I felt jealousy for that world on the other side, but I could not believe that I did not exist in your life. She was almost always honest with her aunt, it was as if she were talking to her own mother at times. Those two women were so similar in many ways that it had always been hard for her not to be open.

Slowly pulling away, Rhea gave Angela a gentle smile. "I have witnessed more strange occurrences. A man appeared in my temple. He somehow was able to fall through a crack in dimensions into my realm. I am amazed by all the strange happenings. It, however, reminded me of how long it has been since I came here. I let my duties become an excuse to see you. Do I need to fear what may be coming, auntie? I can feel the fear and weakness in the world, sometimes it can be difficult to remain stone against it all."

The goddess's long slender digits stroked through her niece's hair. She smiled at her and kissed her forehead. “Child, if I took it badly do you think I would have brought you here so willingly. Stop apologizing you had every right to be upset.” She kept her close and comforted her. “Some of your cousins from that side made it over. Maybe it might do you some good to meet them. Aelwen will be glad to meet you. She was closest to your father.”

When Rhea began to pull away she was almost hesitant to let her go but still that smile made her happy.  “Time has been fractured my child.” Her eyes looked around more. “It will continue to happen until we come up with a way to stop it. However, we are not all knowers and even the great wisdom man himself might not have a way to stop it at this very moment.” She bopped her on the nose and kissed her forehead again. “Be still my child and all will become clear eventually.”

She made a chair appear. “Sit and I shall let you have a drink of my best wine for the gods. This batch is the best I've had in ages and I think you'll see that nightshade has a way to claim the mind of gods no matter the chaos deep in their blood.” She sat the girl down and poured two glasses of weirdly glowing purple liquid. “Made from berries in Feeorin Forest. Only the gods can drink this and not die from it.” She handed the girl her glass and lifted her own up to her nose.

“Smells heavenly and that's why I don't let mortals near it.” She relaxed for a moment. “There will always be times in this world when you won't have a clue what to do. When that happens, as a new goddess, you can come see your auntie for advice always. I don't plan on going anywhere.”

All her barriers began to crumble when she was around her Aunt. All of the change was difficult for her to handle and it caused nothing but problems for her. She was beginning to become adsorbed in the events that were taking Revaliir by storm. The curiosity to know more about it and discover a way to keep everyone safe was beginning to take over her life. Maybe it was her connection with the world that caused it, or her need to be the strongest when things were weak. It was her duty to remain the strength of the world or no one would take her seriously, but she was not sure even the strongest magic could fix this. It had always been hard for her to not let her mind trail on what was bad about a situation, but she would die before she let it take over here. It was her fuel to find a way to stop it.

The smile remained on her lips as she let herself relax around Angela. When the chair appeared, Rhea sat down obediently. There was always a motherliness to Angela that even her mother did not own. It was one that no one could probably ever own, it would what made the Goddess so strong. She was the Mother to all. "I will try to let myself be calm, but you know the strings of this world make it difficult to remain that way for long. Maybe I am too much like my father. I fear to think what the two of them may be doing because of this. "

Her hand reached out to accept the glass of wine with a polite smile. She had the drink a couple times before since becoming a deity herself. She could still remember fondly on being finally able to drink properly with the grown-ups. It always brought her such anger to have her Aunt refuse to allow her to try a sip of her wine. It was known across the world for its taste and smell. It was rather intoxicating to know about it but be unable to taste it. She could still remember having to push back her pure excitement when she was finally offered a glass and the feeling never truly went away to this day.

"Thank you Auntie." She remained polite but she could not hide the smile that trailed across her features as she took a sip of the strange liquid. "Oh my, this is lovely. I did not think I could ever love it more than I already had." She was glad to be able to push away thoughts of everything for a moment. The drink was enough to calm her mind for the time being, but it did not stop her from her fear of what silly things her parents were probably getting themselves into. She was an adult now, so they did not fret on her as much but in turn it meant that she seemed to be the one to worry over them.

"You spoke of cousins from the other world? I would be interested in meeting them. I love the ones that I have, but to know of people from that world would be exciting." Rhea could not help but spark with curiosity of the girl that she mentioned. She was curious to know what her father was like in the other world. She would not admit it aloud, but her heart always grew at the idea of being able to meet someone new. She had too much love in her heart, a curse of being the divine.
