Ahh Srendnyimor what a glorious city. Large full of life, you can find anything you might need here. Most importantly, Eigor how the city had come to be. A melting pot in its truest form the city was completely decentralized. With no unifying laws or languages practicing his craft was quite simple. In fact while he was having these thoughts he was cutting into a man in an alleyway. This poor man had been complaining of immense pain inside his chest. While to poor to visit a regular doctor, Eigor had been more than happy to help the man. Indeed after inducing an immense sense of weakness on the man he quickly knocked him out and got to work.

After dragging the man onto a makeshift table Eigor pulled out his tools and went to work. After cutting the man open he began to poke around in his organs. It was strange that he was able to work so effectively considering how much his temporary workplace smelled of rotting flesh. This however was strong enough to get through the herbs inside his mask. After making a few more cuts he found a small organ, the appendix it was severely inflamed. It was quite interesting how much pain this one little organ could cause when something wet wrong. Speaking out loud to himself "Hmm if only I could find out how to make it do this. Doing so will require a different subject though".

After cutting out the organ, Eigor was stricken with an idea. After moving away from the table the doctor went over to where his last subject was lying. Indeed this man had been dead for several hours. A homeless man nobody would miss him. After quickly digging in with his tools Eigor found what he was looking for. A perfectly healthy appendix, well as healthy as the organ of a dead man could be. Moving back to the subject at hand the doctor attached the new organ and sewed the man back up. After waking the man up it appeared that he was okay. Of course the long term effects would still need to be watched.

So he got the mans address and planned to make a visit there. After all that was said and done, Eigor packed up his tools and walked out onto the street. As the patient walked in the opposite direction of the doctor. He suddenly collapsed on the ground, hmm interesting it appears the transplant was unsuccessful. This was very interesting, perhaps the organ had been dead too long. Perhaps there was some bacteria or poison that came with the new appendix. Either way Eigor made his way away from the street where the people would soon find his temporary workplace.
