All About Alex Pirn

Alex Pirn is a 22 year old human adventurer who was originally raised by a group of druids. He was taught to respect nature over being comfortable, that nature was no less important than the children whom their family raises. He considers himself an artist when it comes to manipulating the flow of the wind, although he makes sure to not use this power out of spite. The use of the arcane arts is viewed as sacred as he was taught, however he allows himself to use his power recreationally if he is suspicious or feels that someone or something is in need of protection. Over time, as he used his own power more frequently throughout his life, he hears voices from the sky, believing that nature itself is trying to connect to him.

Although his only power is wind manipulation, he is able to accomplish feats through minor enhancements of his physical body. Tattoos and markings found under his robes are the source of the power which grants him the privilege to withstand extraneous tasks much more feasibly.
he power that he possesses is very flexible to the point he's even able to sense unnatural occurrences based on how the wind flows. It is not so much a form of meta gaming, but rather a way to give a sense of direction to further a plot or goal if needed.

His bow and arrows, along with his clothing, is a matching dark green and gold color, allowing him to remain concealed at night. The clothing is not so much armor, but rather a protection from the harsh elements. He may wear light armor underneath, but only if he is on an intentional quest or adventure. He only has, at most, 30 bows in his quiver, but he is capable of manipulating the wind to create arrows as a substitution for physical arrows. Likewise, he is able to manipulate the wind to redirect or change the speed of the arrow, even being able to make a 180 degree turn.

Each time he uses the power of the wind, he becomes slightly more crazy and tired, mainly effecting his mentality over the course of a few years if any. There is also one additional rule that is set to being able to manipulate the wind: never use the wind to murder another being, unless if they are proven guilty of a heinous crime. Of course, Alex may use other means of killing anyone as long as he is not using the wind to directly aid in his "finishing blow."

As for the tattoos and markings, they give him the enhancements whenever they're activated, although there are certain conundrums that takes place. His eyes will turn blank, removing his personal thoughts and emotions for the time being, allowing only his primal instincts to take place. If in combat, he will only go after those who poses a threat to him or others. He will not be using his bow and arrows as he would most likely be relying on martial combat along with wind manipulation. He will not be able to verbally communicate, although he will still be able to subconsciously hear words that are spoken to him. Tying in with the wind manipulation's additional rule, he will not kill anyone, even if they are evil. He may, however, deal as much damage as he is able to in a forcibly controlled, yet seemingly wild manner. If he were to accidentally deal a killing blow while in this state, his powers–wind manipulation and his enhancements–will be unusable for up to two weeks.

The tattoos/markings may also serve as a forewarning, telling him if there is some kind of corruption or evil that will occur to someone within the possible near future–up to two years time typically. It does not always come to reality, of course, but can detect if there is a strong possibility.

This heavy, woolen cloak offers its wearer warmth and protection from the elements. It also has a hood, which can be drawn up to make the wearer seem more mysterious.

A simple garment which might resemble a long shirt that stops somewhere between the wearer's hips and ankles. The sleeves may be long or short, depending on the local climate.

The caster creates a small amount of food, enough for a single meal.

A short, bladed weapon with a sharp point. Can be used to slash or pierce an enemy.

Creates heightened senses needed to be a hunter. I.e. Smell, sight, etc.

A simple crafted bow for hunting tonight's dinner. Not overly suitable for combat.

Reinforced leather armguards, they provide protection without sacrificing flexibility.

A large, majestic bird-of-prey, these birds are known for being skilled hunters with keen eyesight. These include eagles, hawks, owl and other large birds.
