Eston was born and raised in a fairly small town, where most of the folk were artisans and craftspeople. He found this rather boring, and was only interested in the stories he heard of adventurers and daring heroes. He took his mace, shield, and a couple of rations, and set out in search of adventure. Since then, he has been finding work as a mercenary, often working for very little pay. For Eston, money is nice, but the fame and glory of being a hero is what really drives him. He hopes that one day people will tell their children legendary stories about him, but for now he is just a simple wandering mercenary.
