Personailty: Yoshiko is a laid back and fun-loving person. He can be quite a flirt and is not above using his charm to get what he wants. He has flirted with many princesses.
Despite all this, he can be serious when the need arises and is a great and honorable captain who is respected and admired by everyone, especially his crew (whom he seems to consider a sort of extended family).
When Yoshiko gets serious, he gets angry easily. He is most often the voice of reason when Osamu is doing something outrageous. He tends to scold Osamu a lot.
When provoked or angered, Yoshiko shows a whole different side to himself. He is easily willing to kill the person (or thing) that provoked/angered him.
However, Yoshiko is mostly kind and polite towards others (except for those he sees as an enemy). He cares deeply about the people he loves and is shown to have a soft spot for children, as he treats them almost like a mother. He is also a workaholic, to the point that he would still be working even when he's asleep.
