A young halfling woman in her mid-20s. She only stands 3 feet in height and is quite stocky in appearance, but she always seems to stand tall in the face of danger. At all times she seems either bored or disinterested in her surroundings, as if she's seen everything before. Aloof, bored, disinterested, unamused, arrogant, all are apt terms to describe her. While she is by no means a mean person, she can come off as rude due to having the "I've seen this a dozen times before" attitude about almost everything. In truth, she's very interested to learn new things and an extremely curious individual. Her pompus behavior hide a loyal and trustworthy ally, however, and despite her attitude is the first to compliment or support allies. She is under the impression that she understands the world fully and has expectations and predictions on how any scenario will play out. If something goes against what she predicts, she becomes infuriated and obsessed with making sure it does go her way. According to her, she doesn't make mistakes, she makes corrections.

Clothes and Equipment: Wearing only the finest arcane clothing, her cloak and skirt are lined with seams of mana that amplify her magic. With a single hand gesture she's capable of casting simple spells such as Magic Missile and Fireball, and for more complex spells such as Wall of Force she is capable of casting vocally while taking a pose. Her book has been dubbed the Tome of All Pages- a massive book containing seemingly infinite pages filled with spells, notes, and anything she may find useful. Rather than spending time flipping through the pages, Quis can simply flip a few pages and be taken to the exact page and spell she is looking for.

Skills and Abilities: Quis is an arcanist and a scholar by trade. She is a master of the arcane, although she prefers to use more simplistic spells such as Magic Missile and Shield. Her logic being if the enemy wanted a challenge they should have said so. If provoked, she is capable of unleashing a torrent of power on the enemy in the form of the biggest, deadliest spells imaginable. Anything from raining fire from the heavens to engulfing the area in an eternal blizzard, her superiority complex only amplifies her powers until it could be mistaken for godhood.
