All About Israel

Grew up with a sister (who then turned into non-binary because they didn't feel like a female)
Mother was abusive, and messed with his mind until he ultimately turned evil and insane, which he ran off and started working for someone who is an assassin, hiring Israel to capture and torment whoever they tell him to.
He was vunurable and got posed by a demon, which the demon has power over him 24/7, making him have powers and such,
he gives off a staticy aura and he 'glitches' a lot, which is the result of the regular Israel trying to get control.
