Born in Canelux, Volkmar grew up orphaned at a young age setting out as a street urchin to fend for himself. He was taken in as an apprentice for the trade of swordsmanship by an old weathered knight, dishonored by his haunting past. After his Master died, Volkmar at 16 set out on his own, becoming an official squire of a prominant warrior. However, in battle Volkmar was taken prisoner and sold into years of work as a forced servant. After gaining his freedom back, Volkmar was bigger and stronger, able to take on the world by himself. For the sake of finding his Elvish roots, Volkmar travelled to Parvpora, where his discovered among the Dark Elvish tribes he had the natural talent for magic in his blood.

Today Volkmar is aimless, his persuasion, charisma and strife to survive are hardly parralelled but however is young and conflicted, making him indecisive in any official leadership position, though the potential is there.
