Tora is a mutt, to put things simply. Her mother is half fae and half elf herself, and her father a royal shifter, able to take on any animal form. Tora, though, didn't get quite all of his abilities, and can only shift between her "human" form and her tiger form, although she has a remarkable degree of control to maintain a halfway form, usually a perfect blend of tiger and human, to simply be described as a "cat person". She stands a mere 5'3", though due to her heritage, is much stronger than she appears.

Despite knowing 'of' her parents, she wasn't raised by them, though that's a story for another time. The Alpha of her group of shifters, Tora struggles with accepting her place as their leader, and just wanting to be herself, without fear of hurting anyone. Needless to say, at one point she was unfortunate enough to gain the attention of an Elder Vampire, who desired to make her his "pet" for lack of words. Eight months later, he made the mistake of thinking she was broken, and ordered her to kill her fellow shifters who were there to rescue her. Instead, she turned on him, and drained him dry.

Now Tora has questionable vampiric abilities, which are more of a hassle than benefit more times than naught. For the most part she has very mild bloodlust that is easy to control. However, the more powerful a magical is, the harder it is to fight her vampire side. She's ever so slowly working on gaining more control over her vampiric side, struggling to use her ill-gained abilities without giving into darkness or bloodlust.

Tora has already had one adventure, gathering up her scattered Pride members in another land, and meeting the love of her life, and now her Mate, Owen. But she and her husband both have powerful enemies, and someone, or something, has sent her spinning through space again. Ah…well…she might as well explore while she's here.

Physical Description: Tora has long auburn hair streaked with black that she generally lets loose or braids it back, depending on if she's anticipating a battle. Her small frame is wiry and lithe, though obviously female. She has golden, slit-pupil eyes at all times. While "human" her ears are pointed as an elf's, and she has a slight tan with a golden tint under normal circumstances. While in her halfway form, her skin is covered in orange-gold and black-striped fur, including a long tail and tiger ears poking free of her hair. The fur is thinner on her face, more of a fuzz coating than true fur.

Don't ask what she looks like under the influence of her vampiric side.

Powers: beyond the obvious, she has a superior nose for magic users, thanks to her attraction to their blood. Very occasionally, if she has fed on magical blood recently (not necessarily a draining) she can use shadow portals to move around the physical world without detection. Other than enchanced agility, speed, and strength, she heals abnormally quickly, even from life-threatening wounds.

Her most prominent power, however, is her Fae Talent. The creative manifestation of her Fae Powers, her Talent is a very powerful manipulation of music, both instrumental and vocal. She can heal, or wound, and even create illusions with her music. Mostly empathic, she can influence the emotions of others, often in a way to allow others to feel what she is feeling, be it anger, sadness, or simple joy. Her favorite means of using this power is through string or wind instruments, usually a violin or flute.
