Clothing: Usually bright and cheery, consists of a yellow collared shirt with black buttons and black trim on the pockets, a red, black, and white bow tie with a green broach and matching green neck tie, a brown blazer with bronze buttons and white trim, white pants with a large brown belt and golden buckle, and thigh-high brown leather boots. He also carries a red leather messenger bag with a bright red leather strap and gold buckle.

Bag Contents: Usually, the bag is full of letters, candy, small toys, small golden trinkets, and sometimes even a large bouquet of flowers if he feels up to pulling the small magic trick for those who are willing to watch him for a few seconds!

Regan is very cheery and optimistic, and always see's the positive side of any situation. Some say that he can act and look a bit feminine, but it just adds to his personality. As far as pronouns, Regan doesn't care what he's called as long as he gets addressed! He loves being the center of attention and making people smile is his main goal along with being trusted to deliver messages.

His fairy wings resemble those of transparent green and yellow Malachite butterfly wings.
