Dakota is 187cm and weighs 70kg he is fit
and usually wears dark jeans a dark blue t-shirt and a black
jacket with a gauze wrap from his elbows to his hands on
both arms. Dakota has messy charcoal hair and bright amber
eyes with streaks of startling blue in them. he carries
two Kusarigama on his back and a short dagger strapped
to his ankle.
Dakota is generally kind and happy but will not purposely
talk to others unless needed. he is trained in martial arts and
wilderness survival, and he also has a ability he calls Toxokinesis.
One ability he has is called Toxin Generation where he can make
different kinds of Toxic (Neurotoxin Batrachotoxin etc.). another
ability he use's is called toxin manipulation where he can move
the toxin freely in defense or offence he can also change the
molecular structure to make it hard as steel or turn it to gas
