Lotus Plague
A type of plague that happens when one ingests the pollen of a cursed, dead, or poisoned lotus flower. These flowers can be found in graveyards, ruins, deep inside dark forests, or inside a dark magic shop. When ingested, the symptoms can begin as soon as two days or as long as four weeks. Symptoms begin small, with a slight cough or a splitting headache. Then become more severe like high fevers, weakness, and burning of the chest. Sooner or later, red rashes will appear on the skin of the victim and then bumps under the rashes. Soon, the eyes of the victim will burn and white or black lotus flowers covered in blood will sprout from the eyes, mouth and ears. Then, once all of the skin has been covered in red rashes and bumps, will then burst into a mess of blood-covered lotus flowers.

They have the ability to visit people sick with Lotus Plague and heal them with with a lotus flowers that they grow out of a canteen that they always hold. During winter, a Lotus Spirits' eyes become covered in a lotus flowers
