All About Daza

Height: 6'9"

weight: 412 lbs or 186.8 kg

Weapon of choice: A large bone club is all this bugbear requires to dispatch his foes. Polished white from near constant wear, it's only distinguishing features are the leather strap for slinging over his shoulder, and teeth marks that suggest the large bone may be a remnant of a past hunt.

Magical talents: The only real magic that Daza knows is that which he observed from his goblin shaman. The magic is primal and unrestrained much like the bugbear himself. Should there be a day where this beast were to understand the intricacies of more complex magics there would be…. worrying results.

Appearance: Towering over most opponents Daza is truly a sight to see. Covered in a pelt of matted reddish brown hair stained from years of infighting and tribal ritual every inch of him seems to carry a story. His broad shoulders introduce the eye to a primal frame of sinew and muscle hidden behind layers of fur, the exceptions to this are his chest and face.
The hair on his face seeming to darken to a deep brown under his chin and above his eyes. A very forward brow and a nasty under bite dominate the attention of most who view Daza's face. A set of yellowed and jagged teeth peak up from his lower lip. Matching these are a set of amber colored eyes. Where the whites of the eye on a human would be white a bugbear's settles as a faded yellow color similar to dying grass.

Decorating the body of Daza is the bones of his tribesmen and enemies tangled in the shaggy fur. Around his neck sits a simple necklace made from a thin rope and small femur that looks as if it's been chewed upon. The fur on Daza's head down his spine grow a bit longer and the rattle with beads and goblish trinkets.
In terms of any protection Daza gets by with some thick scaled leather wrapped around his forearms and and waist. The leather around his waist eventual gives way to a tattered loincloth. On his hands and toes gleam sets of curved brown claws that prove rather effective when climbing.

Personality: Being a green skin there isn't much going on in the Bugbear's mind aside form the essentials.
Eat.
Sleep.
Beat.
Repeat.
However after being exposed to the more civilized races of Revaliir for longer enough his ability to pick up social cues has improved. Though while capable of mostly understanding his refusal to embrace the more refined communication leaves his howling and snarling, be it in goblish or in displeasure. His level of respect is reflected very much in the strength of those around him. If you are stronger than him you aren't food, if you are weaker than him you may be food. Daza's pride largely comes from his ability to track. Adrenaline is an addiction to this beast as boredom is to met with one of two responses, sleep or action. A certain fondness can be formed with those around him, this can be marked by his attempts at grooming those around though to refuse such things is ill-advised.

Backstory: The story of Daza is a short and bloody tale. High in the mountains lived a goblin tribe ruled by a greedy chieftain. A large hairy fellow, later to be named Daza, was less than pleased with the chief. Food was slow to come as the tribe exhausted the game from the surrounding land. With starvation becoming a very real threat the goblins looked towards the most straightforward solution, they began to eat each other.

Daza being far larger than his green-skinned brethren saw fit to practice the law of survival of the fittest. Carving a path through his battling tribesmen he came to find the goblin chief clawing against a wall, hissing at the bugbear he was trying to escape. That night Daza would not go hungry as he stood above the rest of his tribe. In the morning Daza would leave the Mountain-side grave behind and into the waiting world.
