I'm really into cooking and instant espresso and fantasy books and RPGs. I want to start a blog, but can't think of what I'd write in it: dystopian fantasy retellings of current events, or recipes and pictures of food? Probably pictures of cats either way.

Armour of choice: Light and flexible; generally sticks to plainclothes.

Personality: Serious and dry-humored with strangers, probably not amused by your antics, please don't touch. Can be kind of snarky with his friends, but tries to be nice about it. Likes to write and draw in his journal, mostly documenting his observations about people and things he's seen. Maybe he might overanalyze things too much sometimes. Maybe.

Magical Abilities: He's got basic agility magic down, and sometimes can pull off a good magical disguise/impression.
Special Techniques: He can increase his speed and agility with magic, and has a special fondness for cursing his targets with Mindrot.

Backstory: Brought to Sularia with his mother after they were captured by slavers. As they traveled the border of the desert, Ansi was able to slip his bonds when his captors were asleep, whereupon he slit the throat of the closest guard, found the keys to some of the shackles, and enabled an uprising of kidnapped against kidnapper. Victorious but broken, the surviving would-be slaves led the remnants of the captors to the justice of the Rosenite courts; some of the survivors, including Ansi's mother, elected to become Rosenite themselves. Ansi's been living in Sularia ever since, and currently works as a hired guard for caravans traveling in and out of the desert.
Relations: Miula, Ansi's mother, turned Rosenite when Ansi was eight.

Common Trousers

Sometimes called pants, this garment is worn on the lower body, and covers the legs. These trousers are long and extend down to the ankles.

Common Tunic

A simple garment which might resemble a long shirt that stops somewhere between the wearer's hips and ankles. The sleeves may be long or short, depending on the local climate.
