All About Lyra Nyström

Lyra sees herself as the inheritor of the sky, wind, and air of the world. She is neutral and typically appears mostly human. However, she has several unusual traits which reflect her quasi-elemental nature, such as pale skin that sometimes has a faint blue hue and that is unusually cool to the touch,. Along with one ice blue eye and one white. Her hair is often long and silver, and always seems to be stuck in a perpetual breeze. Lyra speaks with a soft breathy voice which is marked by the faintest echo. As a descendant of the Djinns, her moods are as changeable as the weather. One moment she may be calm the next wild and violent with little warning, but these storms rarely last long.

Her name is Lyra, like Lyric but with an A. She'll be sure to correct you if you get it wrong. Her second name is Nystrom which simply means "a new storm". Her moods are ever changing - yet dreary seems to be her default personality. An encounter with Lyra is always challenging simply because you've no idea which side of her you'll get.
